Our Service Flow

1. Needs Assessment

Made-to-order courses are developed for customers after ascertaining their needs through detailed interviews.

2. Covering both Individuals and Groups

With a limit of 20 members, widely applicable training is carried out, from pre-departure orientation to training for individual departments. When a large number of participants are expected, training sessions can take the form of lecture, speech and/or other forms suitable for customer needs.

3. Post-training Consultation

To share information and specific needs gathered from the training, reports and consultations are provided as a means of organizational reinforcement.

4. Providing Global Material

A global network of instructors and consultants is ready to answer customers’ needs.
